Physicians
Dale G. Bramlet, MD
Dr. Bramlet is the Founder and CEO of Advent Clinical Research and has been a principal investigator in well over 140 clinical pharmaceutical research trials and holds over 14 orthopaedic related device patents.  He specializes in total joint replacement of the knee, hip, shoulder and wrist.  He is an accomplished arthroscopist and specializes in minimally invasive surgery, known as arthroscopy of the knee, shoulder, wrist as well as all major joints.

Dr. Dale Bramlet is happily married with 3 beautiful daughters.

Arnaldo Torres, MD
Dr. Arnaldo Torres is a rheumatologist in Saint Petersburg, Florida and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Palms of Pasadena Hospital and St. Petersburg General Hospital. He received his medical degree from University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine and has been in practice for 28 years. He also speaks multiple languages, including Spanish
Richard Herrick, MD

Dr. Herrick's special interests are surgery of the hand/upper extremity, and of the foot and ankle. He performs endoscopic surgery, reconstruction of arthritic and traumatically deformed hands and feet, small joint replacement, and reconstruction of nerves and tendons due to injury or compression.  Dr. Herrick has been a consistent recipient of academic, sports, and service-related accolades. He has shared his knowledge and passion for medicine through his philanthropic work around the world, and by lecturing and authoring numerous scientific and medical articles.

He and his wife, Stella, live in Pinellas County and have three adult children and two grandchildren.

Kanta Shah, MD

Dr. Shah received her Doctorate of Medicine degree from Topiwala National Medical College, University of Bombay, India. She held the position of House Officer at New Mulago Hospital in Kampala, Uganda and Medical Officer for the City Council of Nairobi, Kenya. Her internship was at the New York Infirmary with residencies including the Veteran's Administration Hospital in Bronx, NY; rotation at Sloan Kettering Hospital for Cancer Rehabilitation and Hospital of Special Surgery; and New York Hospital at Cornell University Medical College, NY.

Coordinators

Advent Research has two full time coordinators who are dedicated to performing quality work and ensuring the patient has a pleasant experience during the clincial trial process. The coordinators has varied backgrounds in biology and medicine.  At Advent Research, the patients are in very capable hands.
